The objective for developing the initial draft CFMP in conjunction with the CC is to uncover options, understand preferences, make preliminary choices, and document a coherent vision to be shared broadly that can be used to help facilitate making final choices for physical changes and improvements to the Campus, in order:

To support the mission-driven educational and campus life programs of the University,

To promote change and growth of the University, to explore, clarify and prioritize areas of potential supporter and prospective donor interest, and to initiate feasibility studies of elements in the initial draft CFMP, and
-
To enable program growth by increased clarity of the vision, by focusing donor support, and by providing a basis for administrative decisions.
The first draft CFMP is subject to modification after analysis of feedback from the initial contact discussions during the CC with a broad group of past, present and prospective donors. The CFMP will show the way for making near term and long term facility changes and additions.
