The contract for Design Collaborative, Inc. (DCI), the University’s architectural consultant, is $69,072. Travel, preparation and printing of the initial draft CFMP are an additional $4,000 - $7,000, totaling $73,072 - $76,072.
The Board of Regents authorized $76,072 to develop the CFMP with DCI, along with a contingency of $7,600 to the contract price.
Funding of the CFMP Development Project is provided by revenue from the sale of University land.
