Implementation of CFMP content is partially dependent on CC response, and will lead to a period of consideration and evaluation, by possibly a revised or “final” CFMP, by decisions regarding the sequence for changes to the Campus, followed by development of Design Basis and Engineering Design, and construction.
It is recommended that the Facilities Advisory Committee of the Board of Regents be charged with the responsibility:
-
To help, along with a broad-based group, evaluate CC feedback impact on the initial draft CFMP, to participate in feasibility studies of elements in the CFMP and to recommend next steps in possible development of a revised or final CFMP,
-
To make changes and additions to the University Strategic Plan based on CFMP conclusions,
-
Monitor implementation of the CFMP,
-
Annually review the 2006 CFMP and solicit and list issues and suggestions for the next Update, and
-
Manage the next Update of the CFMP in 2011.
