Music Scholarships are awarded each year by audition to full-time students who actively participate in the music program and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Music majors or minors are given preferential status for scholarships. Scholarships range from $1,000 per year to $9,000 and are renewable annually, pending a successful evaluation by the music faculty.
Returning students who wish to apply for a scholarship or increase their current scholarship must fill out a scholarship application form for returning students.

The Audition
Students are encouraged to audition on campus on the scholarship audition dates (see below). Students unable to audition on campus may submit a video audition.
At the audition students will:
1. Perform 2 pieces in contrasting style
2. At the end of the audition, students will have the opportunity to ask questions
and discuss future plans and goals with music faculty members.
