Accelerated Degree Program
The Accelerated Degree Program offers 5 majors in an evening and weekend format that is convenient for adults with work and/or family obligations. Classes center on career, family, and life experiences in a Christian university environment. Course content draws heavily on past work experience, and classes are conducted in an informal, seminar style with extensive faculty-student interaction. The professor serves as a facilitator, encouraging students to bring real world experiences into the classroom. Classes meet once a week for three and a half hours from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m.

Graduate Degree Program
The master's degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration teaches students how to be better managers of people. In our 18-month model, you can earn your master's degree without compromising your professional and personal responsibilities. Meeting one night a week for four hours, you will take one course at a time, allowing you to focus efficiently and effectively on the learning process. Small, interactive classes offer a setting in which students explore leadership issues in an environment of encouragement and support. Faculty with professional and academic experience are prepared to help students apply theory to professional practice.
