HOME SCHOOL STUDENTS
Application Requirements
- Complete application online or download and print a copy
- Application fee ($25 with paper copy. Apply online for free.)
- Official transcripts from an accredited agency (home school agency, local district, or local high school) certifying results of courses taken
- GED may be submitted in place of unaccredited transcripts
- ACT / SAT scores
Complete the FAFSA
Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form as soon as possible after January 1 of the year you plan to attend. This form is available online at
www.fafsa.ed.gov. On the FAFSA, be sure to request that your eligibility information be sent to Concordia University using code 002247.
