HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Admission Requirements

Apply for admission to Concordia University by sending the following:

• Complete application online or download and print a copy
• Mail in $25 application fee (Paper copy only; apply online for free.)
• Request official high school transcripts be sent: Download transcript request form
• Send official ACT or SAT scores

Optional Materials

• Personal Statement (essay: 300-500 words)
• Resume (with extracurricular, volunteer and employment experience)

Complete the FAFSA

Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form as soon as possible after January 1 of the year you plan to attend. This form is available from high school guidance counselors or online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. On the FAFSA, be sure to request that your eligibility information be sent to Concordia University using code 002247.
