CONCORDIA THEATRE CONTINUES SEASON WITH "THE FANTASTICKS"
ANN ARBOR, Mich., April 16, 2007- Concordia University-Ann Arbor Theatre will continue its 2006-2007 season with Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt timeless fable, “The Fantasticks,” running April 19-22.
One of the most popular musicals ever, “The Fantasticks” is a tale of young lovers who become disillusioned only to discover a more mature and meaningful love. With a fine sense of theatricality and nostalgia the musical pulls at your heart strings and your funny bone with numbers like “Try to Remember,” “Never Say No,” “Soon It’s Gonna Rain” and “Plant a Radish.”
“The Fantasticks” is directed and designed by Laura C. Bird and runs Thursday, April 19, Friday, April 20, and Saturday, April 21 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, April 22 at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are and can be purchased through the Kreft Center Box Office.
