CONCORDIA’S COURTNEY WILLIS NAMED WHAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK
ANN ARBOR, Mich., February 19, 2008 – Concordia University—Ann Arbor’s (CUAA) Courtney Willis (Jr. - Port Sanilac, Mich.) shot 67 percent from the field and knocked down 10 free throws as she guided the Concordia women's basketball team to a 79-68 win over Madonna University. Concordia has two games remaining in the regular season to break the record. On Wednesday, the Cardinals travel south to Adrian to play Siena Heights and then to Grand Rapids for the season finale at Aquinas College on Saturday.
