BEN LIMBACK BECOMES CONCORDIA’S NEW ATHLETIC DIRECTOR
ANN ARBOR, Mich. May 21, 2008 Ben Limback, the Concordia head men's basketball coach for the past five seasons has added a new title as he accepted the position of Athletic Director for the university this week. Limback will continue to serve as the head coach of the basketball team while overseeing the department as a whole.
Limback replaces Roger Jackson, who served in the position for three years, before resigning in early May to pursue an opportunity outside of Concordia. Jackson accepted the Executive Director position of the Michigan Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance; an organization that he has been affiliated with during the past several decades as an instructor at the high school and collegiate level.
Limback will took over immediately after accepting his new role Monday, May 19th.
