Eligibility Requirements for Receiving a Stafford Loan
You may continue with the next step of submitting an online Stafford Loan Request if you meet all of the following requirements:
- You have been officially admitted to Concordia University, Ann Arbor.
- You have filed the FAFSA.
- You have received an Award Letter from Financial Aid that includes a Stafford Loan (subsidized and/or unsubsidized).
- You will be enrolled at least half-time (6 credits).
If you meet all of the above requirements, you may proceed with Concordia’s online Stafford Loan Request Process.

You need to complete all 3 steps (included in the link below):
- Lender Selection
- Stafford Entrance Counseling session
- Master Promissory Note (MPN) completion and signature
|
You are required to:
- Submit the dollar amount you are requesting – please see your Financial Aid Award Letter (more info)
- Use your previously created logon for Great Lakes’ website
