Position Relationships: |

| |
- The Graduate Recruiter reports directly to the Associate Director of Graduate Admission
- The Graduate Recruiter works cooperatively with other Admissions Office personnel in carrying out the vision, goals and objectives of the Office of Graduate Admission
- The Graduate Recruiter will represent Concordia University regionally by attending various recruitment functions, advancing the mission of the institution, and attracting future students.

- Willingness to travel

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work with a non-static schedule
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to interface with computer technology including Microsoft Office Systems and University database systems (PowerCAMPUS, ACT!)

Physical Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor degree required. Masters degree preferred.

Expected Outcomes: |

- Recruitment for Concordia University-Ann Arbor
- Recruit graduate students in assigned territories for graduate business programs
- Establish relationships business leaders in assigned recruitment areas
- Develop information sessions within assigned recruitment territories for sole purpose of developing applicants and gathering applications
- 75-80% of work is done in person on the road, developing relationships and gathering applications
- 20-25% of work is done in a campus office making phone calls and following up with contacts
- Other duties as assigned
