This nationally accredited program provides a curriculum aligned with Michigan
Standards and the School of Education’s mission to prepare professional educators
who are servant leaders, reflective practitioners, and committed life-long learners.
Three concentrations are available:
Administration
- for current and aspiring principals, assistant principals,
and superintendents. (32 credits)
Curriculum and Instruction - for educators who are seeking to improve and develop new instructional
classroom skills. (32 credits)
Religious Education Studies
- for educators who are seeking to teach or direct religious studies programs.
Also qualifies Lutheran educators for the Lutheran Teaching Diploma and makes them eligible to enter the roster of the Lutheran Church Missouri
Synod.

Certificate of School Administration Studies
This certificate program is intended for educators who have completed an earned
master degree in a field of education yet would like to be eligible for a voluntary
K-12 Building Administrator license (principal).
