Concordia University’s Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership and Administration offers:
• Schedules that fit your life
• Classes one night a week
• One course at a time completed in half the time
Come to class and focus on one course at a time! The courses are scheduled in advance for each cohort (group), which eliminates worry about filled courses and makes planning your own schedule much easier. Your cohort will start and complete the program together—creating opportunities for teamwork, friendship, sharing, expertise and support from your colleagues.
The Organizational Leadership and Administration program is the ideal master’s degree for those who want to lead and/or step into a management career. Designed for the working adult, the curriculum focuses on leadership skills, teamwork, change in organizations, and communication. Throughout the program students develop leadership abilities within the context of their own profession and the wider global community.
Graduates will be able to apply the theories of management and leadership to the national and international scenes, and discern what best meets the needs of an organization and its employees. In addition, they will be prepared to participate in labor negotiations and collective bargaining, understand and operate a budget, make responsible financial decisions, and be familiar with information systems and their impact.
