The Concordia University Box Office is located in the Concordia campus bookstore on the main floor of the Student Union. Tickets are available for sale during the normal bookstore hours:
Monday-Thursday from 1-5 p.m., Friday from 1-3 p.m., and one hour prior to performances

Refunds & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the performing arts, programs are subject to change. Refunds are only given in the case of event cancellation or date change. Shipping & handling fees and internet service charges cannot be refunded. Tickets may be exchanged at the box office for a different performance (subject to availability) up to one hour prior to the performance.
Ticket Donations
If you are unable to use your tickets, please consider making a donation by returning your tickets up to one hour prior to the performance. We will send you an acknowledgement treating the value of your released tickets as a tax-deductible contribution.
Usher Opportunities Available
Opportunities are available for alumni and groups to usher for cuarts events (except for theatre productions).
Special Services
All venues are wheelchair accessible. For accommodation, please request wheelchair seating when you purchase your tickets. Hearing devices are available for performances in the Black Box Theatre but must be requested no later than 24 hours in advance.
