ITS Helpdesk:
The ITS Helpdesk is located in the Student Services building and is staffed by student technicians.
Technical Support:
If you need technical support, please logon to: Help Desk Online and submit your request there.
The ITS Helpdesk can be reached 24/7 by going to Help Desk Online.
Technical Services:
If you need new technical services, (A/V, new computer, etc...), please logon to: Help Desk Online and submit your request there.
Online Registration:
If you are having difficulty with online registration, please contact the REGISTRARS office at ext. 7324.
Blackberry Devices:
Users that have Blackberry devices with data plans can reach a mobile version of the helpdesk by going to Help Desk Online in their Blackberry browser. Trust the certificate when prompted.
Unable to Logon to the Helpdesk:
- If you are unable to logon to the helpdesk, call the ITS helpdesk at ext 7424.
- If a helpdesk engineer is unable to take your call, please leave a voice mail with your name, available call back number, brief description of your issue and the next available helpdesk engineer will return your call as soon as possible.
