Speaker Bio:
Dr. Tamara Ferry has invested her career in higher education. She is a "lifelong Lutheran learner" and is passionate about the value of a faith inspired university experience. Dr. Ferry is the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Concordia University Wisconsin-Ann Arbor, and sums up her main responsibility as "measuring the mission." With a Ph.D. in educational psychology, her special interest is in the diverse influences on women's career identity and development.

Tammy is married to the Rev. Dr. Patrick T. Ferry, who recently retired as President of Concordia university after 24 years. As Concordia's "presidential spouse" she enjoyed coordinating, hosting, and attending university events as well as cheering on the athletic teams. Tammy is also involved with the Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, most recently serving as an online consultant. Her hobbies include reading, running, and swimming.

Tammy and Patrick have five children, two sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law and four grandchildren.
