Submit the following documents:

Undergraduate

  • Original academic transcripts and diplomas from all schools attended or currently attending, in English as well as the native language. Electronic transcripts are not accepted.
  • Official TOEFL or IELTS scores required for applicants whose native language is not English
  • Copy of your passport and visa, if applicable

 Graduate

  • Academic transcripts showing all subjects completed and all grades awarded for all years of post-secondary study in English as well as native language, to be sent directly to Concordia University by the institutions attended. Electronic transcripts are not accepted.
  • Clear, legible photocopies of all degree certificates issues by the institutions attended which have been certified by the school.
  • Official TOEFL or IELTS scores required for applicants whose native language is not English
  • Copy of your passport and visa, if applicable
  • Resume
  • Two (2) letters of recommendation from previous teachers and/or employers on letterhead
  • Statement of purpose: Explains your interest in the program and why you want to attend Concordia University
If admitted to Concordia University, all international students must submit the following:
  • Non-Need Application
  • Financial Statement of Responsibility
  • Affidavit of Financial Resources for Issuance of Form I-20 (if applicable)
  • Official documentation of available funding: Cannot be submitted electronically
  • Non-refundable tuition deposit ($250): This is not an additional fee, but a payment which secures your spot at the university and is put towards your tuition upon arrival
