Vaccines are free to CUAA employees that carry the BCBS insurance. Other insurances can be accepted, just email your ID and prescription insurance card (front only) to mgr.11156@store.walgreens.com by October 2nd to see if it's covered. (If on parent's insurance, include insured name and DOB)
