You will leave this session with practical tools to help you each day as you serve. You will also get the chance to practice skills during this hour and ask questions.

  • Office stretching: Physiological response and the muscle tension we experience as a result of stress. Stretching that helps us to be more present and gracious, for the neck, back, hips, shoulders, and wrists, to engage during little breaks throughout the day.
