Concordia faculty, staff, students, and alumni from both the Mequon and Ann Arbor campuses are encouraged to take 20 minutes each Tuesday to enhance their self-care skills (and have fun while doing it!).

The Tuesday CALM events are brought to you by the CALM group at CUW. Each week's session is from 12:20-12:40 p.m. CST.
