Where technology meets leadership

As the technology industry continues to grow and businesses increasingly revolve around information systems, there is a need for professionals who not only have technical skills, but also business expertise. With an MBA in Management Information Systems, that person could be you. Our program is designed for people who are looking to lead IT departments, not for those looking for a technical degree. If you want to be prepared to step into a managerial role within the IT field, this is the right place for you.

Program Overview

Concordia’s MBA in Management Information Systems will provide you with in-depth knowledge of database modeling, design and implementation. You’ll gain experience in implementing a database design by creating a physical database using the Oracle Application Express tool and SQL - and you’ll have the ability to sit for the Oracle Database SQL Expert exam. You’ll also learn from experienced professors who will help you understand decision support systems (DSS) on topics like data mining, data warehousing architectures, expert systems, artificial intelligence systems and executive information systems.

Because we want to make this program work with your schedule, we offer classes at our main campus, our off-site locations and online. Our MBA program is designed for working professionals, which means that you can get your degree in two years - while still working full-time. Whatever your schedule looks like, our expert faculty will work with you so that you can start providing excellent service to your employees with marketable, in-demand abilities. This online MBA degree is earned from Concordia University Wisconsin.

Already have a PhD, Doctorate, or other terminal degree but still looking for more? Consider our Professional MBA (pMBA).
