Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at Concordia University Ann Arbor is dedicated to helping students reach and maintain mental, physical, and spiritual health. College is a significant time of transition. It is very common to have struggles along the way. CAPS is a free and confidential resource for students to utilize at any point during their time at Concordia University Ann Arbor. Our trained counselors will give you focused attention to help you process your feelings, set obtainable goals, and explore your concerns about any topic you may be struggling with.

These hours may vary depending on the semester and time of year.  If you are experiencing an emergency, CAPS can offer you a same-day appointment. Otherwise, an appointment must be scheduled 24 hours in advance at a minimum.
