Techncial questions
All IT Helpdesk staff are working at maximum capacity to support the technical needs of students, faculty, and staff.
For IT support, call the IT Helpdesk 734-995-7424 or email them at support@cuaa.edu so they can properly triage, log, and dispatch your computing need.
Support for Face-to-Face Courses is administered by Concordia's Center for Excellence in Learning & Teaching (CELT). The CELT develops faculty for excellence in teaching in the face-to-face and blended learning environments, including the meaningful connection between faith and learning, to support Concordia's mission of Christ centered Lutheran higher education. CELT encourages self-reflective, scholarly teaching among Concordia faculty through consultation, collaboration, and community.

Our office and learning spaces are located in R006-R008 on the Mequon campus.
The Concordia Office of Continuing and Distance Education (OCDE) provides technical support for online courses. Concordia's OCDE champions the delivery of Christ-centered lifelong learning experiences that are high-quality, rigorous, flexible, accessible and anywhere.
