Cardinal Connection Days

Cardinal Connection Days is the required orientation program for all new incoming cardinals once you send in your tuition deposit. This program is built to provide all the tools you need to feel prepared for your life as a student.

These exciting orientation days will introduce you to a variety of campus faculty and staff, allow you to connect with your advisor, register for classes, understand academic policies/procedures and learn about our many students support resources. You’ll be introduced to a variety of programs, activities, service opportunities, and maybe even your future roommate.

Financial Aid

It's never too early to start thinking about financial aid

Our financial aid application process begins October 1. Visit fafsa.gov with your PRIOR year taxes and our school code, 002247, to complete your FAFSA. Financial Aid packages are released to accepted students in December. If you’re accepted after December, your package will be released following the aforementioned steps.

Tuition Deposit

Reserve your spot now

Our deposit deadline for the fall semester is May 1. A $200 tuition deposit must be made to reserve your spot. You’ll also gain access to our student portal—your one-stop shop for email, financial aid, housing applications, and more. Tuition deposits submitted after May 1 are nonrefundable.

Housing Application

Get priority housing selection

Housing requests begin in January. After we receive your tuition deposit, you’ll be able to apply for housing. Log into your student portal, pay your $300 non-refundable housing deposit, and complete the application. In it, you’ll be able to select a meal plan and connect with roommates. Students who complete the housing application by February 15 will have priority housing selection.

The final piece of the puzzle: Fall Welcome Weekend (FWW) Thursday, August 22nd - Sunday, August 25th, 2024! FWW is a 4 day celebratory weekend introducing you to campus life. Packed with social and academic activities, this Weekend is a definite worthwile experience! Whether you are a commuter, athlete, or transfer student, this Weekend is for YOU. It is for you to step out your comfort zone, make new connections, and take on adventure. Above all, however, it is an opportunity to challenge yourself to grow in mind, body and spirit. Mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable start to your CUAA career.
