Family Medical Leave Act

On January 16, 2009 the Family Medical Leave Act was revised. This revision requires the employer to inform applicants and employees of their rights under the act.


Offers of employment will be contingent upon background checks and possible substance abuse screening depending on the position for which you are applying.  All applications are held for two years.
