Sports Camp
Our 2019 Prospect Camp is open to all members of the 2020, 2021, and 2022 graduating classes. Come to Ann Arbor and spend a day in the #1 College Town in America.
Experience a college-style practice while being coached by our expert staff. Following practice, players will be provided snacks, and go on campus tour to see what Concordia University Ann Arbor offers. After the tour, our camp concludes with an hour-long scrimmage allowing you to showcase your abilities among your peers.
1pm-1:30pm – Check In at Stadium
1:30pm-3pm – College-Style Practice
- Goalies report to practice at 1:20pm
- 1:30 – Dynamic Warm Up
- 1:40 – Stickwork
- 1:55 – Small Group Competitive Drills
- 2:10 – Positional Training
- 2:25 – Small Group Competitive Drills
- 2:40 – Box-Style Scrimmage
3pm-4:30pm – Snacks and Campus Tour
4:30pm-5:30pm – Scrimmage
Each player will be given a Concordia University reversible penny
Players must provide their own lacrosse equipment
Positions are limited to 8 Attackmen, 12 Midfielders, 4 FOGO, 12 D/LSM, 4 Goalies
