Mail Center

All mail, including packages from Amazon, USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc., delivered to the campus must be addressed as follows:
"Your Name", Concordia University Ann Arbor, 3475 Plymouth Rd. Ann Arbor, Mi 48105.

Pick-up location

Mail/packages will be held in the Campus Safety Office.

Registration and notifications

You will be required to register your contact information with the mailroom personnel so proper notification can be made in the event you have mail/packages. When you receive mail or packages, you will receive a notice via your Concordia email by the end of the next business day.

Mail forwarding

Because CUAA is a “drop” location, the US Post Office cannot accommodate mail forwarding. When you leave campus, be sure to notify everyone that sends you letters/bills/subscriptions/etc.

Hours of operation

CUAA's mailroom is staffed Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
