Support a veteran! Purchase a star on the Blue and Gold Star Walk of Honor

Concordia University Ann Arbor's Veteran Services department will honor veterans during "Salute to Service Week," Nov. 7-13, by placing stars along a campus walkway that will lead to The Moving Wall (a half-size replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial).

ABOUT THE STARS:

For more than 100 years (since WWI), military families have used blue and gold stars to honor family members who serve.

Concordians and community members are invited to show their love and respect for a service member by pre-ordering a star for CUAA's Walk of Honor:

• Blue Star- Celebrates someone who has served or is actively serving.
• Gold Star- Commemorates one who was killed in action.
