To request an appointment to meet with a therapist, please email (see below).
Once your appointment details are confirmed with your assigned CAPS therapist, our administrative assistant will send you an email with the date and time of your therapy appointment. You will also receive intake paperwork electronically. Intake paperwork is very important, and must be completed before the appointment. If it is not, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. The only exception to this is crisis walk-in appointments that are able to be seen immediately.

Subject: Appointment Request
Body: I would like to schedule an appointment to meet with a CAPS therapist. I am a Concordia University Ann Arbor undergrad / grad student (choose one). I would prefer to meet in the central campus office / in the North building office / virtually (choose one or more). Here is my availability for the next two weeks:
Note: CAPS offers client appointments from 9:30am - 4pm Monday - Friday, and evening appointments from 4pm - 9pm on Mondays and Tuesdays upon request. Please share your availability that aligns with those timeframes. Sharing very limited availability can make scheduling more difficult, so please share as much availability as you can.
Availability for evening appointments is more limited than for daytime appointments, so again, please share your full availability.
