Concordia University has established policies and procedures whereby a student may express grievances and receive university response to those grievances. While there are different procedures depending on the nature of the grievance, the university his identified two general tracks of grievances, academic and non-academic. Some grievances require special procedures, such as Title IX concerns and Financial Aid concerns.
