Every student deserves a positive educational experience. Sometimes a student's experience may not be what they anticipate, and the student may have a concern or a complaint. The institution should ensure that all concerns and complaints of students are addressed fairly and are resolved promptly. The student should begin the complaint process with the institution and if resolution is not found, the student would contact the institution's home state SARA Portal Entity.

If you have a complaint about violations of SARA policy:

  1. First, file a complaint with Concordia University via the Grievance Form.

  2. If your complaint was resolved, the process is completed.

  3. If your complaint was not resolved with Concordia University then your next step would be
to file a complaint with the State of Wisconsin:

    State Portal Entity (SPE) Contact

    Chief Compliance and Risk Officer
