Class cancellations

We do our best to stay open for our students, but sometimes classes are cancelled. (Snow, anyone?)

For accurate class cancellation or CUAA closings because of weather, contact the CUAA information line or check the messages on the my.cuaa.edu portal.

We also contact the local TV stations so that they can broadcast the information, but sometimes they don't have up-to-the minute information.

Cancelling daytime classes

If daytime classes are cancelled at the CUAA campus, the decision is made by 6:00 a.m.

Cancelling evening classes

For evening classes, the decision is made by approximately 2:00 p.m. that same day.

Cancelling off-campus center classes

For classes at our sites away from Ann Arbor, the decision to cancel is made by the appropriate center director in consultation with the Mequon campus.
