Services

Tutoring

Sometimes course material is a bit tough to fully grasp. That’s OK! ARC tutors can provide the extra assistance you need, at no cost to you. They’ll help you master the content and:

  • Understand course objectives
  • Review materials
  • Prepare for quizzes and tests
  • Learn study techniques

Having trouble finding the right phrase? Maybe you need help outlining a paper. Our writing coaches help with all aspects of writing:

Exam proctoring

Life happens, and sometimes it happens right when you have an exam. We understand If you have a documented need for accommodation, the ARC can proctor exams at any mutually agreed upon time and date. We’re also available to proctor make-up exams at designated times if you’ve missed class on Monday through Friday.

Peer academic coaching

Peer Academic Coaches (PACs) oversee individual or group success sessions. PACs mentor their fellow students, helping them master successful learning strategies and explore topics such as motivation, managing freedom, and creating SMART goals. This valuable service is available to all CUAA students!
