These are the 2021-2022 student laptop requirements needed for taking classes at Concordia University.

Mandatory: All computers must have Anti-Virus protection. Anti-Malware is highly recommended.

Optional, but recommended: USB Flash Memory Storage Device or External USB hard drive for daily data backup

Software required and supplied by Concordia University:

• Microsoft Office 365 (download / instructions)
• Zoom (download / instructions)
• Respondus Lock Down Browser (download / instructions)

(These products may not be available for Continuing Education students.)

Please Note:

• Listed are University minimum recommendations. Specific programs of study may have additional technology needs. Please visit our website (www.cuaa.edu) and your program for more details
• Chrome Books, iPads, tablets or similar units are useful tools, but do NOT meet all course requirements

• Although a laptop is recommended, online students may use a desktop. The requirements above still apply
