But at Concordia, you can complete your MBA in less than two years - while still working full-time. Each class lasts eight weeks and is taught by industry experts in the classroom or online.
You’ll take five newly revamped core classes, required for every student, four classes chosen from your concentration area, two experiential learning courses and finalize your experience with a capstone course.
Our curriculum includes STEM courses and concentrations, weeklong international study abroad options to China and Austria, dual degree opportunities and internship credits. You’ll also get industry-related exam prep and certificates in your concentration area. Because we want to get you started on the right track, we accept up to eighteen graduate transfer credits. Plus, no GMAT or GRE are required to apply.

Graduate Certificate
Post-Baccalaureate students can earn a graduate certificate by selecting four courses within one of the MBA concentration areas or within the MBA core for a total of twelve credits. Students may at any time transition into the MBA degree program course of study through the standard application process.

These programs have a minimum undergraduate GPA requirement of 2.75. Students below a 2.75 may still be reviewed for consideration.

If the student is admitted, an acceptance letter will be mailed to the student and the student’s Student ID number. Password information to access my.cuaa.edu will be sent separately from the Information Technology office. Your advisor will be able to give you information regarding completion of the required student orientation before you begin your first class.

Steve has an MBA in Investment Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, holds seven financial industry designations and achieved two securities licenses. Most of his corporate experience came from working for Northwestern Mutual over nearly 29 years where he retired in 2018. Steve also worked for several other financial companies. He is also a Consultant for the American College and is involved in teaching their Investments Course.

Currently I am the South Region CFO for Ascension Wisconsin Ministry. Prior to this I was the Regional CFO for Mayo Clinic Health System Minnesota and the CFO for Bradford Regional Health System in Bradford, PA. I received my MBA from Walden University and my undergraduate degree from Mercyhurst College and I am a CPA. I enjoy golf, traveling and spending time with my family.

Jim has been an Adjunct Faculty Member in the MBA program since 1998 teaching Strategic Management and Leadership He designed the Strategic Management course for the classroom/online. He has taught in the Cohort program in Singapore,Taiwan and at the Shanghai campus. He has received a top 10% faculty award and was 2018 MBA Faculty of the Year. He has 36 years of management experience- 23 in the airline industry and 12 in the Utility Industry.

Dave has been in the insurance industry for 30 years in several roles including underwriting, finance, sales and management. He has an undergraduate degree in economics from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Chicago in Finance and Accounting. He has served on several industry boards and has his CPCU, CFA, ARM, and other industry designations. As a working professional he brings an balance of theory and practice to the classroom.
