The Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) at Concordia University Wisconsin provides support for a formative peer review of the teaching process in which teaching faculty can pair up, observe each other, and offer feedback.

Faculty are encouraged to use the process and the observation form for formative feedback toward the goal of improving teaching.
