An invention is defined as any new or useful process or discovery, art, method, technique, machine, device manufacture, software, composition of matter, or improvement thereof. Download form here.
Financial Disclosure Form
This form must be completed and signed by each Concordia faculty member who will work on the grant. It discloses any financial conflict of interest for the principal investigator at the time of the grant submission, and is signed off by the Associate Dean of Research. It should accompany the budget worksheet and the Proposal Routing Form when seeking signatures from the leadership. Originals stay in the OSP audit file. Download form here.
